Art with Heart - Colour Creations #45 Shaded Spruce Legendary Ride Bundle

It's been a very long time since I have joined in with the Art with Heart Colour Creations Blog Hop but I just had to share my Motorbike Z Fold Card with you.  This week the team are featuring a green - Shaded Spruce, I am sure there will be leaves and trees featured but I wonder if there will be another motorbike?

This Z Fold Card is really easy and was inspired by Stampin' Up! CEO Sara Douglass who last week showed a version on her Tuesday Facebook Live, I have stepped mine up a little.

I have stamped the motorbike on the Basic White cardstock and then stamped it off so it looks like the motorbike in moving and then on top of the fold is the die cut motorbike.

Ink:  Black Momento

CASEing the Catty - #CTC411 Colouring Easter Bunny Bundle

This week at CASEing the Catty we are highlighting colouring from either the Annual or Mini Catalogues.  I have chosen to use the Stampin' Blends and Stampin' Markers for my choice of colouring but there are so many choices in the Stampin' Up! range.

My Easter Card was inspired by the Easter Bunny Bundle card on page 52 of the Mini Catalogue.

I have chosen the same colours with a Brushing Bride background however I have used the circle die from the Online Exclusive set, Irresistible Blooms and then put a piece of the Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper behind.

In the foreground there a five rows of Granny Apple Green grass which are all fussy cut and layered up to give depth of field.  My two cute bunnies are stamped on Basic White cardstock in Black Momento ink and then using the Light and Dark Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends coloured in with their ears in SU900.

Finally I stamped six carrots and used the Pumpkin Pie and Mossy Meadow Stampin' Markers to colour them in and then fussy cut them out and then scattered them in the grass.

Cardstock:  Brushing Bride, Granny Apple Green, Basic White, Crumb Cake, Texture Chic Speciality Designer Series Paper

Ink:  Black Memento, Granny Apple Green, Early Espresso and Stampin' Blends and Markers

Accessories:  Easter Bunny Punch, Cut 'n Emboss Machine, Irresistible Blooms Dies

CASEing the Catty - #CTC410 Embossing Folder Decorative Borders

This week at CASEing the Catty we are highlighting Embossing Folder projects in either the Annual or Mini Catalogues.

I have chosen to CASE the card in Annual Catalogue on page 106.  I have used the same colours of White, Black and a little green, pink and silver.

My uses the Decorative Borders stamp set for the 3 flower stems and I have coloured them with the Stampin' Up! Markers which I forget about sometimes that we now have the blends but with small areas of colour they are perfect.

After colouring the images I put the piece of Basic White through the Cut 'n Emboss Machine with the Painted Textured 3D Embossing Folder.  I have then wrapped some twine around and layered this onto some Crumb Cake and Designer Series Paper.  

Finally adding my sentiment and som of the just so pretty Iridescent Pastel Gems.

Stamp Set:  Decorative Borders, 

Cardstock:  Thick Basic White, Basic White, Crumb Cake, Like an Animal Designer Series Paper

Ink:  Memento Black, Petal Pink, Soft Sea Foam

Accessories:  Cut 'n Emboss Machine, Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder, Iridescent Pastel Gems, Silver and Blue Twine (retired)

Inside the card I repeated the flower stems and a strip of Designer Series Paper.

Sorry my images are not the best today, I tried a couple of days taking them outside but I just found them to take darker shots and I could not correct them a lot of my phone.

CASEing the Catty - #CTC409 Annual Catalogue Artistic Expressions Irresistible Blooms Bundle

This week at CASEing the Catty we are back with the Annual Catalogue, Artistic Expressions from pages 90 to 119.  That's a lot of inspiration this week.

I have chosen to case the very first page of the Artistic Expressions section, page 90.

I received last week the Online Exclusive's Irresistible Blooms Suite and I am loving the water colour wash of the papers and the soft colours.  You may just have noticed a couple of the retired colours Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon have made it to the Stampin' Up!'s Colour Refresh.

I have mainly used the Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper and the Irresistible Blooms Dies on this card with only the sentiment stamped this week, it really showcases the background circle die which I have chosen to keep the discarded inside as my sentiment feature and cut off around the edge to the circles.  

At my card classes I always encourage my attendees to stamp their envelopes but it's not that often I remember to do so but I wanted to show you how these stamps match the DSP and Dies so beautifully.

CASEing the Catty - #CTC408 Mini Catalogue Bundle Two-Tone Flora Bundle

This week at CASEing the Catty we are highlighting the Mini Catalogue Bundles from pages 76 through to 83.

I had a card class last weekend and I made a similar card, so when I had the Two-Tone bundle out I decided to create for this week's challenge.

I started with a lovely piece of my favourite Fancy Floral Designer Series Paper and put this through the large background die, layering this on a Soft Sea Foam cardstock.  

It was then just stamping the flowers and leaves and a sentiment in shades of yellow and green, finishing it off with a twine bow and some gems.

CASEing the Catty - #CTC407 Sale-A-Bration Adorable Owls

 

Sale-A-Bration is only available for less than two weeks now and again this week at CASEing the Catty we are featuring the brochure for inspiration.

I have chosen to case the card on page 4 of the brochure which has two of the cutest owls.

I started with the stamping the owls in Black Memento onto Basic White and using Smokey Slate blends with a little Balmy Blue and Pumpkin Pie.

I have fussy cut the owls and then went around the owls with a little Pool Party blends to colour in the white, they are layered onto a piece of Fancy Floral Designer Series paper.  It was then cut a little piece of Basic White ribbon and Balm Blue sentiment and border to finish it off.
