Goodies Arrive and Thank You for Visiting my Blog

I love when Stampin' Up goodies arrive at the door, I now have some more cardstock (I am now only missing one colour family) so I will be able to enter more of the colour challenges. As I am not a demonstrator I have a budget that I have on my hobby, but I have spent many hundreds of dollars and I just have to find time to make cards (and the odd scrapbook page).

I am really having a lot of fun and I thank everyone for visiting my blog and really appreciate the comments people leave. Thanks also for the many blogs that I visit to get inspiration from.

The first card below is a copy of her example with some colour changes, and the second one is my entry.

Stamp with Gina! - July's Sketch Challenge

I do enjoy the challenges from different blog sites, however most relate to colours and as I don't have all the colour families I usually can not participate in these... but Stamp with Gina has a sketch challenge each month and this is the second one I have now participated in.

I finished another one just in time which I was really happy with but as I did change the design a little I did not know if it would qualify for her challenge but she has very kindly posted both on her blog.

Not all Stampin' Up products this time as I am using up supplies that I have accumulated over the last few years of card making (prior to April when I touched a stamp for the first time). A6 Greeting Card Box

I made this a couple of weekends ago and have now only remembered that I have not posted it on my blog. I used the same technique as the 3" x 3" love notes box but enlarged it so it can fit A6 greeting size cards.

I have received a few requests in regard to the size of this box.
The bottom is 10 1/2" x 8 1/2" (scored on four sides at 2")
The top measures 9 1/2" x 7 1/2" (scored on four sides at 1")
and I followed the same tutorial by Kelly Lunceford, Flutter by Atomic Butterfly
