Spiral Easter Egg Flower

I had my Card Class last Sunday and whilst I was preparing for it, I had an idea about using the Spiral Flower Originals Die with a Easter twist.  I purchased some lovely strawberry filled chocolates mostly because they came in a beautiful pink and were the right size I thought for the centre of the flowers.  I was really happy with how they turned out and the ladies loved them too!
I will be away in South America for Easter so I wish you all a happy holiday time and if you too are travelling at this time stay safe.

Cardstock: Primrose Petals, Old Olive
Accessories: Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, Spiral Flower Originals Die, Bird Builder Punch, Bone Folder

I used some Sahara Sand on this one below, not as pretty as the Primrose Petal one.

I used a little snail to attach the start of the card stock to the Easter Egg and just wrapped it around and then with my hot glue gun attached the bottom of the egg to the card stock.  Then I used my bone folder to turn the petals out a little and then finally punched out a couple of leaves (which come from the Bird Builder Punch) and all finished oh so quickly.
