I am sharing with you the Tea Together stamp set available in the Occasions Catalogue for $38 which has the FREE Tea Time Framelits Dies which are available with a $180 spend on any of the items in either catalogues.
I have stamped the tea cup three times in Calypso Coral and then used Calypso Coral and Mango Melody with sponge daubers, leaving some white showing to give a more depth of colours and then cut them out with the Framelits Dies.
I have cut a little slit in the top of the cups so they would fit inside each other, just like you would stack them up.
Close up of the stacked cups.
Now it's time to hop on over to our next participant, the very talented, Rachel Woollard.

What a great way to layer up the cups. Love the sponging.
ReplyDeleteWow your sponging gives such dimension...what a stunning card Kathryn.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Sue, great layering Kathryn. The sponging really adds depth to the cups. I love a good cuppa!
ReplyDeleteLovely card Kathryn, beautiful colouring on the tea cups
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking part in the SAB blog hop. Clever tip to cut a slit to stack the cups like real cups.
ReplyDeleteOh wow, I totally love this card. The stacked cups look fabulous, but the unique way you have coloured them really looks amazing. It's lovely to have you back on the hops.
ReplyDeleteVery cute card Kathryn, those tea cups look great stacked up like that, but if I was carrying them, they would all be smashed on the floor!!!
ReplyDeleteLove those teacups all stacked up Kathryn. The sponged colours look great too.
ReplyDeleteLovely card, Kathryn. Love the depth that the sponging gives to your tea cups.
ReplyDeleteWow, your sponging is fabulous, and really adds dimension to the cups. What a great idea to cut the slit to allow them to be stacked. Too clever!
