CASE-ing the Catty Tin of Cards and Mixed Borders - #CTC83

I have made some sweet little 3 1/2" square cards with matching envelopes for this weeks CASE-ing the Catty featuring the Thanks Section in the Annual Catalogue from page 38 to 43.

You may have started here, so welcome to the hop or you may have come from Rebecca Scurr and loving her card.

My inspiration started with the Playful Palette Designer Series Stack as I wanted to use this bright and colourful dsp to create some envelopes with the envelope punch board and then I made the cards to match the colours, which just happened to be the new In Colours of Peekaboo Peach and Emerald Envy.  The Peekaboo Peach card is a CASE from the images to the left and the Emerald Envy is a stepped up version with a layer of Emerald Envy and Whisper White cardstock to make it pop a little more.

Stamp Set:  Tin of Cards, Mixed Borders
Cardstock:  Thick Whisper White, Whisper White, Emerald Envy, Playful Palette Designer Series Stack
Ink:  Peekaboo Peach, Emerald Envy
Accessories: 2 1/2" Circle Punch (retired), Silver Sequin Trim, Peekaboo Peach 3/8" Ruched Ribbon, Emerald Envy 3/8" Ruched Ribbon, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Handheld Stapler,

  3. Kathryn these are darling!!! so I see the cards are 3x3, what size did you need the DSP for the envelopes - what a great way to use the 6x6 paper pads now that Su doesn't make the mini envelopes anymore. I'm so glad you CASEd this project as I was looking at it too.

    1. Hi, I have just worked out the cards are 3 1/2" square. I did not want to waste the dsp so used a 6" square and then worked out the envelope size with the envelope punch board and then made the card to fit into it.
