CASEing the Catty - #CTC294 Cherish the Season

It's a colour challenge this week at CASEing the Catty - Mint Macaron, Soft Sea Foam, Gray Granite, Blushing Bride, Petal Pink and Whisper White, inspired by the Step It Up cards using the Painted Poppies stamp set on page 18 in the Annual Catalogue.

You may have started the hop here, welcome or you may have come from Shannon Kissane.

I have not only CASEd the colours, I have chosen to CASE the Cherish the Season Bundle card featured on page 73 of the Mini Catalogue.  As you can see below mine uses soft and subtle in the pinks, greens and grey instead of the bright bolds in the example in the catalogue pictured below.

I have chosen a piece of the Mint Macaron and Gold striped paper from the Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper as my background, and then added the so beautiful Christmas baubles from the Sounds of the Season Dies in Blushing Bride with the insert in Petal Pink and Soft Sea Foam for the greenery and finished it off with some Mint Macaron bows in varying sizes.  The baubles are then joined together with the Gold Trim.
Stamp Set:  Cherish the Season
Cardstock:  Gray Granite, Blushing Bride, Petal Pink, Soft Sea Foam, Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper
Ink:  Gray Granite
Accessories:  Sounds of the Season Dies, Gold Trim, Mint Macaron Ribbon (retired)

  3. Your efforts making this card are well worth it, as it turned out to be so soft and rich looking. Lovely change from Christmas red and green tones one usually relates to Christmas. Thanks for sharing.
