Colour INKspiration Suite Sentiments - #CI01

It's finally here the first Colour INKspiration Challenge.  I can not believe how many entries the Facebook group received for our Pre-Challenge.

The Crew is a team of talented Australian and New Zealand Stampin' Up! Demonstrators that create projects based on Pinterest inspired colour swatches and I am so happy to be included in this wonderful inspiring group of demonstrators.

I have taken inspiration from the image as well as using the six colours this week, by creating an oldie but a goodie - an ice block card including a wooden stick.

I made the card measuring 4 1/8" x 3 1/2" in Peakaboo Peach and I have used the Envelope Punch Board to corner the edges, then sponged them and created more of a dimension with some sponging in the four corners.  I then took the Stampin' Write Markers and used the direct ink to the stamp in the individual colours for the sentiment and then layered circles colour to make it pop.

Stamp Set:  Suite Sentiments
Cardstock:  Peakaboo Peach, Tempting Turquoise, Sweetsugar Plum, Whisper White
Ink:  Blushing Bride, Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron, Mint Macaron, Sweetsugar Plum, Peakaboo Peach
Accessories: 1 3/8" Circle Punch, 2" Circle Punch, Envelope Punch Board, Ice Block Stick

It's now time to hop to Bronwyn Eastley the creator of this amazing new Colour Challenge Facebook Group.

Don't forget to check out the Facebook Group and like the page as this is where you and all our followers share their paper craft projects using the colour combination.  I hope to see you there!

There is a new Colour Challenge every second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 7 pm (AEDT), and a new colour swatch will be uploaded to the Colour INKspiration Facebook Group and the Colour INKspiration Crew will get the ball rolling by providing inspiration for each challenge with a blog hop.
