Alisa Tilsner Colour Challenge #14

It's a beautiful sunny day in Adelaide, and here is a card inspired by Alisa Tilsner's Colour Challenge nice and bright colours and I used my new Upsy Daisy stamp set for the first time, I think I have just about tried all my new sets now! I have so many more on the wish list but I will have to wait until I have saved some more money.

Sketch Saturday #52

After being inspirated from Marelle Taylor's Catalogue Challenge I decided to use the same colours and stamp set for the Sketch Saturday challenge. I don't think it is a nice as the 6" x 6" size, I do struggle more with the 12" x 12" scrapbooking pages as I think the smaller one is more like making a card. (The photo is of me feeding an elephant at Australia Zoo during a trip to Queensland in September 2008 which was the highlight of my trip, even more exciting than seeing the Irwins - Terri, Bob and Bindi.)

thINKspot Catalogue Challenge

Another day off, so I thought I'd do a little stamping, I tried out another one of my new stamp sets, Wild about You in Marelle Taylor thINKspot Catalogue Challenge which is a cased project from the Ideas Book and Catalogue, well I don't do a lot of scrapbooking pages so I thought this would give me some inspiration.

Echoes of Kindness

This card was inspirated by my participation in UStamp but I changed the design as I did not like the lift up section which you would write your message on so I made it without this section. I really like how it turned out with my new hostess stamp set which I used for the first time.

Sketch Saturday #51

It's a Friday and I am not working, I am having a four day break which is just so fantastic as I have been working way too much over the last few weeks. My nephew's birthday is on Sunday so I have made him a card using the Sketch Saturday layout and have included all things Holden as he loves car racing.

Inkspiration Colour Challenge #7

I received my new stamp sets this week and wanted to try out the Fifth Avenue Floral one and I wanted to do Keesha's colour challenge but I knew I was going to stuggle as I don't have the Real Rusty ink pad or maker and I only had the Sage Shadow maker so it was really going to test my skills and well I don't think it's one of my best cards but I thought I'd share anyway as I might not get to stamp again to next weekend.
