12 Days of Christmas...Christmas Star

With the first day of December I will be endeavoring to post at least 12 projects for Christmas prior to the 25th, they maybe a Christmas card, gift tag or gift that I have made for special friends and family.

The Christmas Star single stamp set finally arrived at my door this week as it was on back order, but I was just waiting oh so patiently (not) for my postie to delivery it.

I heat embossed the large star in silver and then scored the lines to make it three dimensional and popped it up on some bright and cheerful designer series paper.  A quick clean and simple card that will be great to mass produce.

This card also meets the requirement for the current Just Add Ink Inspirational Challenge #193...Stars

Bouncing Brayer meets Serene Silhouettes

I have always been inspired by the very talented New Zealand Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, Paula Dobson.  Paula demonstrated the bouncing brayer technique at the 2013 Stampin' Up! Convention in Brisbane and I have been meaning to try this technique since then.  Well today was the day when I was hosting my team of demonstrators.
