Heart of Christmas Blog Hop - Week 15

Wow it's getting closer to Christmas as it's week 15 of the Heart of Christmas Blog Hop, sorry I have been missing in action, I started off well in week 1 and have had a lapse for 14 weeks.

Welcome to the blog hop or you may have come from Andrea Sargent.

My Christmas card this week is a fun fold which was inspired by a card shared by Stampin' Up!' CEO Sara Douglass if you would like to see her card and instructions click here (I did make an adjustment to the size so it only uses 2 A4 sheets of Old Olive cardstock as I did not have any 12" x 12" sheets).

It folds out from a DL size card by pulling out the round tab on the side to create four inside sections which I have used the Season of Green & Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper which I have torn the edges to a flow through on all pages.

The wonderful DL size fancy fold card.

The cute leaves and bells with a close up of the tab.

Opening the card to show the round tab that you pull to show all sections.

The full four sections featuring the torn Specialty Designer Series Paper.

Stamp Set: Golden Greenery, Greetings of the Season
Cardstock:  Old Olive, Very Vanilla, Season of Green & Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper
Ink:  Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, Garden Green, Granny Apple Green, Cherry Cobbler1e
Accessories:  Cut 'n Emboss Machine, Golden Greenery Dies, Spotlight on Nature Dies, Gold Sequins

Thanks for stopping by this week and now it's time to see what Sharon Davern has created.

  2. Great fancy fold card, Kathryn. I love a slimline card and this is amazing, with those touches of gold and the beautiful papers you used on each panel across the inside of the card, wonderful!
