I have created a beautiful baby girl card using the A Little Wild Bundle for a friends birth of their first born for this week's CASEing the Catty featuring the For Babies and Kids section (page 102-111).
You may be starting here so welcome or you may have come from Sandra Collett.
I decided to CASE this cute card featured on page 108 of the Annual Catalogue (and to the left). I wanted to create it in shades of pink to celebrate the little baby girl, I layered Pink Pirouette and Blushing Bride cardstock and then created a circle cut out with the Circle Framelit (which did cut through both layers at once).
I stamped the elephant in Basic Grey on Whisper White cardstock and used my sponge daubers to colour in with Basic Grey and Pink Pirouette for his ears. I then used a piece of double length Gold Metallic Thread to hang the elephant in the middle and fixed the front and rear images of the elephant. Finally I attached the background and sponged a little depth of colour on the edge of the circle.
Stamp Set: A Little Wild
Ink: Pink Pirouette, Blushing Bride, Flirty Flamingo
Cardstock: Pink Pirouette, Blushing Bride, Whisper White
Accessories: Big Shot-Die Cutting Machine, Little Loves Framelits Dies, Layering Circles Framelits, Gold Metallic Thread
It's been a very wet and winter day here in the Adelaide Hills so I do apologise for the quality of my photos today.
