Since I am on holidays at the moment I have been checking out some of my favourite blog sites and have discovered Mojo Monday which is a sketch challenge.

I have completed two designs as I did not really like the first one, below is the one I really like but I will post the Seaworthy one in a new post at a later date.

Stampin' Addiction Weekly Layout Challenge

Thanks to Nerine for a layout challenge and for your daily updates which have started in the New Year on your blog as this was an inspiration for me to get out the stamps today. I again used the Eastern Blooms stamp set as I thought it would fit the design. I decide to use some bright colours that I don't usually use.

Here is another card using my new stamp set, Eastern Blooms with the matching designer series papers.

I look forward to making some more cards in the next couple of weeks as I am on holidays, I had to work yesterday and today. I am looking after my nephew next week and working a few odd mornings to tidy up the mail so I am not inundated with paperwork when I return on the 21st January which is the day after my birthday.

More Fun with Kristina Werner Design Colour Inspiration #36

I wanted to use my new Flower Fusions which I also was given for Christmas (thanks again dad)and since I had out the colours for Kristina challenge, I made another one using the felt flowers as they matched the colours perfectly.

Kristina Werner Design Colour Inspiration #36

This is the first time that I have completed one of Kristina's Challenges as I don't normally have time during the week, however I am on holidays at the moment so I have given it a go with a new stamp set, Eastern Blooms which I got for Christmas.
