You may have started the hop here, so welcome or you may have come from Shannon Kissane.
I decided to create on World Cardmaking Day, which was yesterday, first I pulled out the Tag Buffet Project Kit, which has supplies to make 30 tags (5 each of 6 designs). I did not purchase the matching stamp set as I thought I had enough sentiments from a collection of Christmas stamp sets and it was lovely to ink them all up in Real Red, Garden Green and Shaded Spruce.
I made 6 Christmas tags first as per the instructions, and then cut A4 whisper white cardstock in half and folded the cardstock in half and then added 2" x 4" pieces of 'Tis the Season Designer Series Paper to the bottom of the cardstock with a strip of Gold Card on top. Wow, another 6 Christmas Cards made in record time and I even stamped a matching sentiment in the inside of the cards.
Now the tags have been made into Christmas cards,
using the 'Tis the Season Designer Series Paper.
Thanks for stopping by, now it's time to see what Sandra Collett has created this week.

What a great set of tags and I love how you’ve made them into cards.
ReplyDeleteI love the look of these bigger tags, and your idea of adding them as the feature on a card is brilliant.
ReplyDeleteThis paper looks just fabulous with the tags on top - such a clever way to make a bunch of gorgeous and quick cards. Love it!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you did this because I genuinely hadn't noticed how cute these tags are and now I NEED them!! Especially to add them to cards like you have that is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteOoh! why have I not noticed these tags before? They are fabulous! I love how you've turned them into cards - that's very clever!
