CASE-ing the Catty Guy Greetings - #CTC144

CASE-ing the Catty #CTC144 are featuring the Holiday Catalogue for the first time this week and we are featuring the Quilted Christmas section (pages 4 to 9).

I have am in love with the amazing new products and your wish list will be long, but I have chosen to make a Father's Day card to celebrate all fathers today.

My dad always wore a hat and these different hats brought back so may memories of him.  I am remembering my loving dad who passed away in June and he is always in my thoughts especially today.

You may be starting here so welcome of you may have come from Jackie Noble.

I was inspired by a the "be merry" card to the left for a Father's Day card that I made at my last Card Class, I did not have any appropriate designer series paper for the colour theme I had chosen so I decided to make my own by stamping tone on tone in Old Olive with all the hat randomly positioned all over.

I then stamped the centrepiece in Night of Navy and Old Olive (I do like the "hats off to you!" and I finished it off with a little Old Olive Baker's Twine.  Very quick and easy masculine card which the ladies at my class made with the different stamps from this set for Father's Day and Birthday cards.

Stamp Set:  Guy Greetings
Cardstock:  Night of Navy, Very Vanilla, Old Olive
Ink:  Night of Navy, Old Olive
Accessories:  Old Olive Baker's Twine

Don't you love "HATS OFF TO YOU!"

It's now time to hop on over to Mel Pagano.
