CASE-ing the Catty Birthday - CTC 34

Today we are celebrating Birthday's at CASE-ing the Catty Blog Hop this week and everyone likes to celebrate birthdays.

You may have come from Julia Quinn or you might be starting here, but don't forget to hop to all the blogs as there are amazing birthday cards and projects this week.

I have choosen to case the card on the top right hand side of the birthday promotional page which I have used as a the template to create my card.

I did not have the Build a Birthday stamp set (page 11) pictured above so I used the Celebrate Today stamp set (page 102) with the coordinating Balloon Framelits to create a balloon instead of just a circle.

I am using the Whisper White Note Cards and Envelopes which measure 12.7 cm x 8.9 cm which come in a packet of 20 for $10.50 (and they are also available in Crumb Cake).

Stamp Set:  Celebrate Today
Cardstock: Whisper White, Bohemian Designer Series Paper, Bermuda Bay,
Ink: Bermuda Bay, Rich Razzleberry, Delightful Dijon
Accessories: Balloon Framelits, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, Delightful Dijon Dotted Lace Trim, Crushed Curry Baker's Twine, Rhinestone Basic Jewels

Close up of the balloon focal point of my card
with a little bling and some tassels hanging from the balloon.

It's now time to hop over to Rachel Palmieri, who also is featuring the Build a Birthday stamp set and card for inspiration.

If you have any problems hopping around, please check out the crew's creations below:
