Art with Heart Colour Creations Showcase - Rococo Rose

It's the end of March and I have finally created a card for Art with Heart Colour Creations, featuring one of the retiring 2019-2021 In Color, Rococo Rose.

I have had the pleasure of crafting with fellow Stampin' Up! Demonstrators, Rachel Palmieri, Andrea Sargent and Tina Gillespie this last week at my home and they have inspired me to create.

I have used the Hey Girlfriend stamp set, which I stamped onto the Basic White cardstock and coloured with Blends and stamped on Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper for the cute dress.

Stamp Set:  Hey Girlfriend
Cardstock:  Rococo Rose, Basic White, Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper
Ink:  Rococo Rose, Memento, Crumb Cake, Flirty Flamingo and Petal Pink Blends
Accessories: White twine

Social Stamping - #InColors

Social Stamping this month is featuring In Colors, so I have decided to use all of 2019-2021 In Colors that are retiring.

You may have started here, so welcome or you may have come from Elizabeth Gross.

I have used up strips of cardstock that I have in a plastic sleeve of each of the In Colors - Purple Posy, Rococo Rose, Seaside Spray, Terracotta Tile, Pretty Peacock.

I place them all lined together with a little adhesive on grid paper in the Stamparatus and used the NEW Butterfly Brilliance stamp set in Crumb Cake.

I then layered them onto a piece of Thick Basic White cardstock, with a tiny gap between each and adhered them with some dimensional.  I then added the sentiment and a die cut butterfly from the now sold out Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper.  Finally I added some Clear Elegant Faceted Gems to the head of each of the butterflies.

Stamp Set:  Butterfly Brilliance
Cardstock:  Thick Basic White, Basic White, Purple Posy, Rococo Rose, Seaside Spray, Terracotta Tile, Pretty Peacock, Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper
Ink:  Crumb Cake
Accessories:  Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Hippo & Friends Dies, Clear Elegant Faceted Gems

CASEing the Catty - #CTC310 CASE Layout Handsomely Suited

Today I am featuring the Well Suited Suite for the layout challenge at CASEing the Catty - #CTC310.

You may have started here, welcome or you may have come from Judy May.

I have used the layout to incorporate 3 ties next to each other instead of being one under each other as per the image below.

I have used one of the woven backgrounds from the Well Suited Designer Series Paper layered onto a piece of Basic White and Misty Moonlight cardstock.

I have stamped two ties tone on tone with Basic Gray and Misty Moonlight and then White embossed the final one onto Misty Moonlight for a reverse feature.  Finally I die cut a stitched rectangle and stamped the beautiful sentiment "A Happy Birthday to You".

I then repeated the process above and used the bow ties all in a row.

Stamp Set:  Handsomely Suited
Cardstock:  Misty Moonlight, Basic Grey, Basic White, Well Suited Designer Series Paper
Ink:  Misty Moonlight, Basic Grey, VersaMark
Accessories:  Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Stitched Rectangles Dies, Heat Tool, White Stampin' Emboss Powder

CASEing the Catty - #CTC308 Colours of the Sand & Sea Designer Series Paper

This week at CASEing the Catty we are getting inspiration from the colours of Sand & Sea Designer Series Paper - Blushing Bride, Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo, Sahara Sand, Seaside Spray, So Saffron.

You may have started here, welcome to the hop or you may have come from Monique Fielder.

I have decided to CASE the card featured on page 40 of the Mini Catalogue which I also demonstrated at my February card class, unfortunately at the class it received a splash of extra unwanted colour, so today I add an extra shell to the card and no-one will know (only those that are reading my blog).

The Seashells 3D Embossing Folder makes the shells pop after I have stamped the images and cut them out and then place them in the embossing folder. I have used the Stampin' Markers to colour the stamps so I can blend two or three colours.

Stamp Set: Friends are Like Seashells
Cardstock: Seaside Spray, Sahara Sand, Basic White
Ink: Seaside Spray, Blushing Bride, So Saffron and Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo, Seaside Spray Stampin' Markers
Accessories: Stampin' Cut & Emboss, Seaside Seashells Dies, Seashell 3D Embossing Folder, Blushing Bride Twine
