We made this little card yesterday at my card class which the attendees just loved as it was quick and easy using the Crumb Cake note cards (20 cards and envelopes for $9.95, that is 50c per card) with some stamping and punching.

I also used the punch to make the pointy end of the tag and I use this all the time.
