CASEing the Catty - #CTC374 Case a Favourite Retiring Mini Bundle Home & Garden Bundle

This week at CASEing the Catty we are Caseing your favourite retiring Mini Bundles.

Welcome to the blog hop or you may have come from Sandra Collett.

I am at home recovering from a cold (luckily it was not covid) but it meant I was grounded in Adelaide and unable to fly to Melbourne and join 8 other Stampin' Up! demonstrators for a long weekend of crafting in Rye.

I have chosen the Home & Garden bundle to feature this week which is on page 72 of the January to June Mini Catalogue.

I have made two cards this week, one for the Beginner stamper and one for the Avid stamper.
The cased card is for the Avid Stamper, a stepped up version but it has the same colour theme and more layers and accessories.

I have used Very Vanilla and the Timber 3D  Embossing Folder for my background and then layered some Night of Navy Baker's Twine and tied a fake bow at the top.

A banner of Artfully Composed Designer Series Paper is placed down next and then I stamped all the tools in Early Espresso and used my Stampin' Blends to add a pop of colour.

Stamp Set:  Home & Garden
Cardstock:  Thick Very Vanilla, Very Vanilla, Artfully Composed Designer Series Paper
Ink:  Early Espresso, Stampin' Up! Blends
Accessories:  Cut n Emboss Machine, Garden Dies, Timber 3D Embossing Folder, Night of Navy Twine

Close up of the colouring with the Stampin' Up! Blends.

Both cards, the beginner card and the CASEd inspired stepped up avid stamper card.

Card for the beginner stamper.

It's now time to hop on our to Tina Gillespie.

Are you inspired by the CASEing the Catty Crew why not participate in the
CASEing the Catty Sunday Challenge by uploading a card or project to the facebook page.

  1. Great cards, Kathryn and perfect for the gardener or handyperson. I love the extra pop of blue in the avid card.
