CASEing the Catty Eastern Medallions Thinlits - #CTC178

Free time has been very precious for creating over the last month but I really wanted to make a card for this week's CASEing the Catty - A Favourite from the 2017-2019 Annual Catalogue as time is ticking away for the catalogue.

You may be starting here so welcome on this Mother's Day to the blog hop or you could have come from Sandra Collett.

I have decided to use up some of the retiring cardstock and designer series paper by creating my take on the Quick and Easy card to the left, by just adding a couple of extra layers with a pop of pink and a silver doily.

I then step it up again by using the Petal Pair Textured Impressions Embossing Folder as the background and layered lots of different cut outs from the Eastern Medallions Thinlits and added more embellishments from the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit to create a beautiful sympathy card.

Stamp Set:  Flourishing Phrases, Heartfelt Sympathy
Cardstock: Pink Pirouette, Flirty Flamingo, Whisper White, Sweet Soiree Speciality Designer Series Paper
Ink:  Crumb Cake, Flirty Flamingo
Accessories:  Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, Eastern Medallions Thinlits, Petal Pair Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Layering Circles Framelits, Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit, Corrugate Elements, Clear Faceted Gems, Powder Pink 1/2" Finely Woven Ribbon, Pink Pirouette Baker's Twine, Silver Metallic Foil Doilies, 2 1/4" Circle Punch, 2" Circle Punch
