National Scrapbook Day ... Memories & More

Each year on the first Saturday in May, National Scrapbook Day is observed - that today!

Also known as National Scrapbooking Day, this day will gather thousands of people all over the country to celebrate with scrapbooking parties and share their talents with others.  Scrapbooking dates back to the 15th century.

Scrapbooking is a method for preserving family history, personal mementos, photographs, newspaper clippings, artwork and other memorabilia.
