CASEing the Catty - #CTC408 Mini Catalogue Bundle Two-Tone Flora Bundle

This week at CASEing the Catty we are highlighting the Mini Catalogue Bundles from pages 76 through to 83.

I had a card class last weekend and I made a similar card, so when I had the Two-Tone bundle out I decided to create for this week's challenge.

I started with a lovely piece of my favourite Fancy Floral Designer Series Paper and put this through the large background die, layering this on a Soft Sea Foam cardstock.  

It was then just stamping the flowers and leaves and a sentiment in shades of yellow and green, finishing it off with a twine bow and some gems.

Stamp Set:  Two-Tone Flora, Go To Greetings

Cardstock:  Soft Sea Foam, Basic White, Fancy Floral Designer Series Paper

Ink: Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Mossy Meadow, Evening Evergreen

Accessories:  Cut n Emboss Machine, Two-Tone Flora Dies,  Something Fancy Dies, Iridescent Pastel Gems, Mossy Meadow Braided Linen Trim (retired)

CASEing the Catty - #CTC407 Sale-A-Bration Adorable Owls

 

Sale-A-Bration is only available for less than two weeks now and again this week at CASEing the Catty we are featuring the brochure for inspiration.

I have chosen to case the card on page 4 of the brochure which has two of the cutest owls.

I started with the stamping the owls in Black Memento onto Basic White and using Smokey Slate blends with a little Balmy Blue and Pumpkin Pie.

I have fussy cut the owls and then went around the owls with a little Pool Party blends to colour in the white, they are layered onto a piece of Fancy Floral Designer Series paper.  It was then cut a little piece of Basic White ribbon and Balm Blue sentiment and border to finish it off.

Cardstock:  Pool Party, Balmy Blue, Basic White, Fancy Floral Designer Series Paper

Ink:  Memento Black, Versamark, Smoky Slate, Pool Party, Blue, Pumpkin Pie

CASEing the Catty - #CTC405 Sale-A-Bration Sketch Fancy Flora Suite

 

Today at CASEing the Catty, we are featuring a Sale-A-Bration sketch challenge, I have been inspired to use the Fancy flora Suite Collection.

A couple of strips of Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper and a couple of thin strip of Calypso Coral cardstock made my background for the four panels of the sketch to the right.

I then used the Two-Tone Flora stamp set which is a two step set and dies with matching colours from the Designer Series Paper of Soft Succulent and Orchid Oasis for the flowers which I stamped off the ink to create the two tone effect.  I then grouped them around the sentiment which comes from the Something Fancy Stamp and matching Dies and added some of the Golf Faceted Sequins.

Cardstock:  Thick Basic White, Calypso Coral, Basic White, Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper

Ink:  Orchid Oasis

CASEing the Catty - #CTC401 Case Sale-A-Bration Dainty Flowers

Happy New Year!  Welcome to 2023!

It's been awhile since I have created and participated in CASEing the Catty.  In November I accidentally smashed the screen on my laptop and was lucky enough to be able to claim it under my House and Contents insurance so I have a brand new MacBook Pro 16 inch screen and I am loving it, however with this comes with loosing Photoshop for editing my photographs and adding my watermark, so it's been a bit of a challenge getting back to blog posting.

Well enough of this talk, it's all about the Sale-A-Bration brochure this week #CTC401, you can case any of the 20 pages of inspiration.

I have chosen to feature the card on page 7 of the brochure which is also featured to the left.

With a base of Crushed Curry cardstock I layered a wonderful piece of the Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper which is FREE with a $90 purchase from either catalogues.

I then added the sentiment in Balmy Blue and some ribbon and twine in a lovely double bow and some gold sequins.

A very quick and easy card ready to send out in a matter of minutes and I made a few different versions of this card for some birthday celebrations.
